Data Form and Instructions

Our goal is to gather and disseminate information about birds in North America.  We much appreciate your participation in this project.  By submitting data to us, you agree to permit us to use and distribute the information in the manner described on the overview page (click HERE to read).

Please download the form and instructions.  E-mail your findings to data@birdinfo.com  Please note that due our field schedule and volume of data to process, it may be several weeks (occasionally longer) before we can acknowledge your contributions.  We have no staff, so are managing this project in so-called spare time.
